The ticket will be sent to you by email up to 5 days before the event. If transportation is included, all the necessary information will be sent by email immediately after purchase. Any questions or clarifications can be made by emailing miguel.silva@fanmatch.pt.
FanMatch informs that it does not refund tickets, except in situations where the event is canceled or postponed. In any case, we are open to finding a solution that suits both parties!
Our transportation is always carried out by a member of FanMatch staff, in recent, spacious and comfortable vans. The pick-up points are previously stated in the order information, and the time is sent by email after each purchase.
